1. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you have purchased goods from us online or by phone, you have the legal
right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason, under the
Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
The cancellation period:
- Starts from the day after you receive the goods.
- Ends 14 days later.
2. How to Cancel
To exercise your right to cancel:
- Email us at info@rackline.co.uk
- Include your name, order number, and details of the goods.
You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your
cancellation.
3. Condition of Returned Goods
Returned goods must be:
- Unused, in original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
- Complete with all accessories, manuals, and tags.
We may make a deduction from your refund if goods are returned damaged or used beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
4. Exclusions from Returns
We cannot accept returns for:
- Personalised, custom-made or bespoke products (including items made to your measurements, specifications or design).
5. Refunds
- We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.
- Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
6. Return Costs
- You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked service, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.
7. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods
If you receive faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details.
- We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
